AY26/7 Prep School Fees

Introductory Offer: PreSchool 3-4 year olds

Pupils are eligible to join our PreSchool from the term they turn 3.

PreSchool operates during school hours, with breakfast club available from 07.30 and after-school care available until 6pm.

• Day Fee: £80 per day
• Half Day Fee: £48
• *2 days/4 half-days minimum per week
• Holiday provision available

Sibling Discount

For pupils joining Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, who already have one full fee-paying sibling at Westbourne, we offer an automatic 50% fee reduction throughout the second sibling’s time in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.

Sibling discounts thereafter revert to:

2nd child: 25% discount

3rd child: 50% discount

4th+ child: 100% discount

As a Child Student UKVI License holder we are able to offer visa support for international families seeking an academic British education for their child.

For students looking to live with a close, UK based, eligible family member, attending school as a day student, the visa administrative charge applied to the tuition fee is £3,600 per child, per academic year, inclusive of VAT.

For students under the age of 12 and coming to the UK with a sponsored parent, the administrative charge applied to the tuition fee is £5,400 per child, inclusive of VAT.

Our experienced international admissions team will work closely with you throughout the visa application process.

Our annual international boarding student fees for the 2026-7 academic year are £62,560, inclusive of guardianship and VAT.

This is to stay in our on-campus Boarding House (students from 11+ years) or with a friendly local Homestay Family (students 16+ years), depending on your preference.

Our Admissions Team will be happy to discuss accommodation options with you.

Fees include:

• All tuition
• Accommodation during term time and half term breaks
• All meals, including weekends and half term.
• Full educational guardianship of your child
• There are no exeat weekends at Westbourne.

Fees are paid annually in advance, or termly in advance.

Termly payment schedule is as follows:

• 15th May for the Autumn Term (1)
• 15th September for the Spring Term (2)
• 15th January for the Summer Term (3)

External exams are charged at cost.

Stepping Up to School from PreSchool

All children from our PreSchool receive a 50% discount on Reception & Year 1 fees, ensuring a smooth transition into school life with familiar faces and a supportive environment.

Westbourne is committed to supporting the very best students from across the globe to thrive in our unique academic environment. A limited number of partial academic scholarships are available for new students joining Year 3 – IB1.

Scholarships range in value and are subject to success in entrance and scholarship exams.

As a school we aim to attract the brightest academic students. Families who may feel that a Westbourne education is out of reach are warmly invited to discuss our means-tested bursaries, in confidence with our finance team.

We appreciate that circumstances can change after committing to a Westbourne education. Should you have concerns about long-term affordability, or VAT, we invite you to speak to our finance team in confidence.
