Fees
Fees are due on the first day of the new term. Parents can choose to either pay the term’s fees in one transaction or pay monthly by standing order.
ParentPay
For day-to-day payments not covered by tuition fees, such as day pupils’ lunch, trips and the school minibus, parents are invoiced via ParentPay www.parentpay.com
Mrs Leach will provide new parents with individual login details when your child starts at school so you can view and pay invoices conveniently online.
Annual Payment Discounts
Discounts are available for paying annual fees in advance. The Finance team will send information from time to time regarding the early payments discount on offer. However, if you wish to find out more, please contact them: fees@westbourneschool.com
School Fee Insurance
School fee insurance is available via the school’s insurers for an annual percentage premium of the fees. For further details please contact the Accounts Team on: fees@westbourneschool.com
