“I think Future Leaders Lab is a great way for anyone to start with entrepreneurship. I learned so many things that I wouldn't have without Adrian and the Westbourne team.” Harikesh, FLL student
“My favourite part was being able to walk amongst the students and workers around INSEAD and Google, and really get a feel of what it would be like to work and study there.” Vernetta, FLL student from Singapore
“My favourite thing about Google and INSEAD was being able to see the facilities. It was really cool being able to see all the different ways that INSEAD’s trying to be more sustainable.” Westbourne College Sydney student, Eliott
“At the Westbourne Future Leaders Lab, we delved into topics typically reserved for elite universities, tackling subjects that are the domain of top students and executives. It never ceases to astound me how adeptly these young high school students grasped the sophisticated concepts and themes we explored this week." Adrian Johnson, Adjunct Professor at INSEAD/ FLL course leader
"We kicked off with an ideation session, brainstorming new ventures harnessing the power of AI. This was followed by a comprehensive business modelling exercise, covering leadership and entrepreneurship topics from the business model canvas to blue ocean strategy. The week culminated in dynamic strategy fair presentations, where each team created innovative booths and presented their projects in a lively and impactful manner. The energy and creativity on display were nothing short of inspiring.” Adrian Johnson, Adjunct Professor at INSEAD and FLL course leader
The students had the privilege of visiting the INSEAD and Google campuses in Singapore, witnessing first-hand how core business concepts are implemented in the real world. They were also joined by Anna Ong, a distinguished entrepreneur, business coach, storyteller, and stand-up comedian, who guided the students in preparing compelling presentations.
Students can now register interest for Westbourne Future Leaders Lab 2025 via the website.
